Biography

For many years Scott Brookins was a session musician performing with entertainers such as Glen Campbell, Mary Wells, George Shearing, The Platters, The Mills Brothers, and many others. He was also a soloist and lead trumpet player in the US Air Force Band.

Scott felt God call him to full time ministry in 1994. From 1995 to 2013, Scott was an Evangelist and Trumpet Soloist, serving full time in his international faith ministry working with local pastors and churches in the U.S., Europe, and Africa. He was ordained in 1998.

He shared music and the Gospel in concerts at churches, orphanages, prisons, schools, universities, jazz clubs, and concert halls. Scott conducted master classes for high school and college students in many countries and performed on several television programs and his music is heard on radio stations across the U.S., Europe, and online.

As a preacher and evangelist, Scott’s ministry impact grew as he constantly received invitations from local pastors in many countries, to preach in churches, crusades, revivals, street evangelism, conferences, and pastors conferences.

In 2013, Scott felt God direct him to stop his Trumpet Soloist part of the ministry to focus solely on the work in Uganda and preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
